New Year, new cottages…

Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire continues to expand its portfolio of properties with additions for 2018 including Beachways, a spacious cottage just yards from the beach in the seaside village of Little Haven.

The cottage, which sleeps eight in four bedrooms, has been renovated throughout in a contemporary, minimalistic style with a beach theme and the sitting room has a wood burning stove and a window seat overlooking the bay.  There is a raised decked roof terrace with sea views and a passageway gives direct access – away from cars – to the beach which is great for swimming and sailing enthusiasts.  Pubs, cafes and restaurants are all on the doorstep.  A seven-night holiday in 2018 starts at £625, increasing to £1799 in peak season.

Or, just across the road from the beach at Amroth, is Black Hall Cottage, a detached stone property with every room enjoying superb sea views over Carmarthen Bay.  This carefully renovated property sleeps six in three bedrooms (one en suite) and, in addition to being just steps from miles of sandy beach, is situated on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which is the perfect way to appreciate this magnificent coastline.  Nearby is the medieval walled seaside town of Tenby, with its cobbled streets, shops, bars, galleries and restaurants.  A week’s break in 2018 starts at £570, increasing to £1640 in peak season.

Tucked away on a seven acre smallholding in the Pembrokeshire countryside is Highfields Cottage, a detached property surrounded by fields where children and pets are welcome to explore.  The cottage – with an open-plan living space and woodburning stove – sleeps six in three bedrooms and is less than a mile from the medieval town of Pembroke, with its impressive castle, shops, pubs and restaurants.  Beaches, within a short drive, include Barafundle Bay, Freshwater West and West Angle Bay.  A week’s holiday in 2018 starts at £390, rising to £814 in peak season.
